The Impulse Light Commercial Cable Crossover / Functional Trainer is a heavy duty, fully adjustable machine with 200 LB selectorised cast iron weight stacks on each side - perfect for home or light commercial use.

Its vertically adjustable pulleys run smoothly and offer 11 adjustment points, providing you with an accurate resistance during each exercise.  Pulleys swivel 180 degrees allowing accurate resistance throughout any exercise movement. The 11 different horizontal positions ensure a proper starting point for almost any exercise.
